Kagan Murat Purlu, one of the graduate students of our center, completed his master’s thesis titled “Electrical characterization of epitaxially grown AlN thin films on silicon and sapphire substrates”, which he conducted under the supervision of Assoc. Dr. Ilkay Demir.
