Our researcher, Dudu Hatice Ünal, has received full support under the COST (European Cooperation in Science and Technology) action and participated in the international summer school titled “Deposition and Characterization Methods of Epitaxial Materials,” held in Brno, Czech Republic, from June 3 to 6, 2025, which was organized for young researchers working in the field of epitaxial material growth and characterization.

He delivered a presentation titled “High Resolution X-Ray Diffraction Analysis of Epitaxial III-V Semiconductors for Optoelectronic Applications.”
