Within the scope of the device training programs carried out by Sivas Cumhuriyet University Nanophotonics Application and Research Center (CÜNAM), Profilometer Device Training will be organized.

The training program will be held on 8, 15, and 22 June 2026, and the duration of the training is 1 day. Participants are required to select the most suitable training date during the application process.

Within the scope of the training, NanoMap 500LS 3D Profilometer and ZeeScope Optical Profilometer devices will be covered:

• contact and non-contact surface characterization,
• surface roughness,
• profile measurement
• and 3D topography analysis

will be presented both theoretically and practically.

The training will be held at CÜNAM – Sivas Cumhuriyet University Nanophotonics Application and Research Center.
