A group of approximately 20 students from the Entrepreneur Engineers Club of Sivas Cumhuriyet University visited our center to explore the CÜNAM infrastructure on-site.

During the visit, a general presentation was delivered covering CÜNAM’s fields of activity, ongoing R&D studies, and advanced technology solutions developed for various sectors, particularly defense and aerospace. The presentation highlighted critical technologies such as semiconductor photonics, SWIR photodetectors, and Quantum Cascade Lasers (QCL).

As part of the program, CÜNAM’s advanced production and characterization infrastructure was also introduced.

For computer engineering students, a brief overview of the center’s computational infrastructure, data processing workflows, and analysis software was provided.

Following the presentation, the students toured our laboratories, examined the devices on-site, and had the opportunity to ask technical questions. Throughout the visit, it was observed that the students showed strong interest in advanced manufacturing processes, semiconductor-based systems, and defense industry applications.

As CÜNAM, we value such interactions that support guiding future engineers toward advanced technology fields and contribute to the development of qualified human resources.
