An important training program focusing on institutional development and human resource management was organized at the Nanophotonics Application and Research Center (CÜNAM) of Sivas Cumhuriyet University within the scope of the Competency Assessment Report.

The training was delivered by Dr. Hasan Karabakkal, an expert in human resource management, leadership, teamwork, and organizational development. The program covered topics such as leadership approaches, employee motivation, effective communication, development of teamwork, distribution of duties and responsibilities, performance management, and the effective management of human resources in R&D environments.

Throughout the training, participants had the opportunity to gain practical experience in team management and communication processes through interactive activities and group exercises. During the event, valuable insights were shared on improving institutional efficiency and fostering a more effective working culture within R&D teams.

It was stated that the training program organized by CÜNAM made significant contributions to strengthening quality processes within the center, supporting institutional development, and enhancing employee competencies.

At the end of the program, participants were presented with Certificates of Participation.
