The project entitled “Design, Fabrication and Characterization of NiO/X (X = WO₃ or SiO₂)/β-Ga₂O₃-Based UV Photodetectors”, prepared under the leadership of CÜNAM, has been awarded funding within the scope of the TÜBİTAK–Azerbaijan Science Foundation (ASF) Bilateral Cooperation Support Program.

The project will be carried out through the collaboration of research teams from Türkiye and Azerbaijan and aims to develop innovative materials and device structures for ultraviolet photodetector technologies. The project is expected to contribute to strengthening scientific cooperation between the two countries and to generating significant research outcomes in the field of optoelectronics.
