The project titled “Production and Characterization of InGaAs Crystals by Stress Balance of Graded InGaAs/InAlAs Superlattice Structure for Extended SWIR Applications”, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. İsmail Altuntaş, one of the researchers at our center, has been awarded support under TÜBİTAK “3501 – Career Development Program”.
