1. Data Controller
This notice explains the processing of personal data collected through the CÜNAM website operated by Sivas Cumhuriyet University Nanophotonics Application and Research Center. The exact legal title of the data controller must be confirmed by the University’s authorised personal-data unit.
2. Data We Process
Identity and contact details, institution and address information, application choices and messages, technical log data and, for recruitment applications, CV files and information contained in them may be processed.
3. Purposes and Legal Grounds
Data are processed to receive and evaluate service, training, consultancy and recruitment applications; communicate with applicants; operate and secure the website; fulfil legal obligations; and establish, exercise or protect legal rights, on the legal grounds applicable under Law No. 6698.
4. Collection and Transfers
Data are collected electronically through website forms and server records. They may be disclosed, where necessary and proportionate, to authorised University units, authorised public bodies, service providers bound by confidentiality and judicial authorities.
5. Retention
Data are retained only for the period required by the processing purpose, applicable legislation and the University’s retention and disposal policy, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
6. Your Rights
