Our Researchers Receive a Poster Award at MSNG 2026

A study co-authored by our researchers Prof. Dr. Murat Köksal and Riska Delvia received a poster award at the 13th International Conference on Materials Science and Nanotechnology for Next Generation (MSNG 2026).

The study, entitled “Numerical Analysis of p-Type Diffusion Depth on InGaAs/InP SPAD Characteristics Using Silvaco TCAD,” numerically investigated the effects of p-type diffusion depth on the characteristics of InGaAs/InP single-photon avalanche diodes (SPADs) using Silvaco TCAD.
