MSNG 2026 | 13th International Conference on Materials Science and Nanotechnology for Next Generation

Our center presented its scientific work at the conference through 8 oral presentations, 5 poster presentations, and 1 invited talk.

We also shared our knowledge and experience during the University–Industry Collaboration Panel, contributing to discussions on potential areas of cooperation between academia and industry.

Furthermore, the study entitled “Numerical Analysis of p-Type Diffusion Depth on InGaAs/InP SPAD Characteristics Using Silvaco TCAD,” prepared by Prof. Dr. İlkay Demir, Prof. Dr. Murat Köksal, and Riska Delvia, received a Poster Award. We sincerely congratulate them on this achievement. 👏

Throughout MSNG 2026, we had the opportunity to exchange knowledge and experience with different research groups, follow the latest scientific developments, and explore new possibilities for collaboration.
