We are seeking highly motivated M.Sc. and B.Sc. students to join our TÜBİTAK 3501-funded research project titled “Growth and Characterization of Strain-Balanced InGaAs Crystals via Graded InGaAs/InAlAs Superlattice Structures for Extended SWIR Applications.”

Within the scope of this project, students will:

Gain hands-on experience in MOCVD growth, simulation, and advanced characterization techniques (AFM, HRXRD, PL, Hall, etc.),

Have opportunities to participate in scientific publications and conference presentations.
