Varian UV-VIS-NIR Spectrophotometer System (Optical Characterization)
The Varian UV-VIS-NIR Spectrophotometer system is an optical characterization tool that can measure the reflection, transmission, and absorption spectra of both solid and liquid samples. The spectra obtained from this system can be used to calculate parameters such as material thickness, bandgap, absorption coefficient, refractive index, and more.
