The Thermal Laboratory Furnace is controlled by the EPC 7420 digital profile (step) controller. This device allows furnace control with adjustable baking temperature and time, and enables programming of up to eight different temperature and time steps in a single recipe. It offers output options of 0-20 mA, SSR, or relay. The optional RS485 module provides data transfer and control via the ModBus RTU protocol. The ENDA ModBus Studio software allows temperature data to be monitored and recorded on a computer. The automatic tuning (self-tune) feature optimizes the PID parameters automatically. Safety parameters protect the device from external interference. The dual display provides the ability to view temperature and time information simultaneously. The ENDA EPC 7420 is designed as a comprehensive and functional solution for furnace and step control.
