Our center director, Assoc. Prof. Dr. İlkay Demir, has been awarded support under the TÜBİTAK 1001 – Scientific and Technological Research Projects Support Program for the project titled “Design, epitaxial growth, and device fabrication of a step-graded 88x nm laser diode for Nd:YAG solid-state laser applications.”
