The project titled “AI-Assisted Optimization of MOVPE-Based Semiconductor Growths: Technological Independence and Sustainable Production“, led by our center director Assoc. Prof. Dr. İlkay Demir, has been awarded support under TÜBİTAK’s 1005 – National Research Program for New Ideas and Products.
