The project titled
“Development of Digital Alloy InP/InAs Superlattices for Short-Wave Infrared Photodetectors”, led by our Center Director
Prof. Dr. İlkay Demir, has been deemed eligible for support within the scope of the
TÜBİTAK 2515 – COST Action Members R&D Support Program.
This project entails a strong research collaboration between CÜNAM and the METU MEMS Center. By integrating the advanced infrastructure and expertise of both institutions, the project aims to develop innovative approaches in short-wave infrared photodetector technologies.
