The project titled “Growth, Characterization, and Fabrication of a Long-Wavelength GaAs/AlGaAs-Based Quantum Cascade Laser System,” led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. İsmail Altuntaş, a researcher at our center, has been awarded support during the second term of 2024 under the TÜBİTAK “1001-Scientific and Technological Research Projects Support Program.”
