Our research center took part in the Defense Industry Meeting (Material Days) event held in Sivas on April 25, 2025, organized in collaboration with Sivas Science and Technology University (SBTÜ) and SAHA İstanbul. Led by SAHA İstanbul, the largest industrial cluster in Europe, the event brought together leading defense industry companies, local industrialists, academics, and students.

The opening speeches were delivered by SBTÜ Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Kul, SAHA İstanbul Secretary General Mr. Levent Kerim Uça, and President of the Sivas Chamber of Commerce and Industry Mr. Zeki Özdemir. The event also saw the attendance and support of the Sivas Deputy Mayor, representatives from the Ministry of Industry and Technology, and the Sivas Governor.

During the event, our research center had the opportunity to present our ongoing research projects, material development studies, and technological innovations to the participants. We also explored potential collaboration opportunities. Furthermore, students who visited our booth were informed about internship programs, opportunities to participate in research projects, and other academic prospects offered by our center.

We sincerely thank SBTÜ Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Kul, Sivas Governor Dr. Yılmaz Şimşek, the officials from the Ministry of Industry and Technology, and all distinguished guests who honored us with their visit and support.
