Under the supervision of our center’s research academician, Assoc. Prof. Dr. İsmail Altuntaş, our PhD student Ferhan Kübra Özbakır presented two papers titled “Optimization of V/III Ratio in AlN Thin Films on Patterned Sapphire Substrates” and “Temperature Optimization of AlN Thin Films on Patterned Sapphire Substrate” at the 4th Sivas International Congress on Scientific Research and Innovation, held on May 30, 2025, at Sivas University of Science and Technology.
