The hydrogen generator is a machine used to produce hydrogen from water through a process called electrolysis. The HOGEN S Series hydrogen production systems generate ultra-high purity hydrogen gas for applications such as material processing, power plant generator cooling, and electronics/semiconductor manufacturing, with a production capacity of up to 1.05 Nm³/s (40 scf/s).
