Dudu Hatice Ünal, one of our researchers, has been awarded the opportunity to participate in the international training program titled OPERA COST Action Training School on Applications and Characterization of Epitaxial Materials, which will be held in Brno, Czech Republic, from June 3 to 6, 2025, and to receive COST support.

16 May 2025

The training school consists of lectures and technical sessions focusing on the applications and characterization of epitaxial materials. The course program includes topics such as metalorganic vapor phase epitaxy of nitrides and III-V nanoheterostructures, pulsed laser deposition techniques, industrial-scale applications of SiC epitaxy, the fabrication of magnetic nanostructures, X-ray structural characterization, and advanced microscopy methods. In the technical sessions, participants will engage in practical studies on semiconductor device technologies, atomic force microscope data analysis, and physical/chemical vapor deposition methods.
We congratulate our researcher and wish her continued success.
