CÜNAM, which holds the status of "National Research Infrastructure" under Law No. 6550, is a leading research center that conducts worldwide epitaxial wafer production. Our center possesses a strong infrastructure, especially in the fields of epitaxial growth using Metal-Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) systems and material characterization. Our research focus is on epitaxial growth processes and characterizations of III-V semiconductors, contributing to the development of optoelectronic and electronic device technologies.
