The Nanophotonics Application and Research Center (CÜNAM) of Sivas Cumhuriyet University was proudly represented at SPIE Photonics West 2026, where our Center Director Prof. Dr. İlkay Demir participated as an Invited Speaker.

In his presentation, a full-stack approach covering the design, epitaxial growth, and performance optimization processes of InGaAs/AlGaAs laser diodes optimized in the 88x nm band was comprehensively addressed.

At this prestigious scientific event, the CÜNAM team also took part alongside:
