Supported under the European Commission’s MSCA COFUND 2023 call, the CoCirculation3 program aims to strengthen Türkiye’s research and innovation ecosystem by hosting talented international researchers.

📌 Eligibility:
• PhD holders from all countries
• Must not have resided in Türkiye for more than 12 months in the past 3 years
• Project topics should relate to the European Green Deal
Program Highlights:
• 24-month fully funded research project in a Turkish academic or non-academic institution
• Optional secondment of up to 12 months in industry or non-academic sector
• Competitive monthly salary, plus allowances for family, travel, research, and entrepreneurship
