CÜNAM researcher Prof. Dr. Murat Köksal participated in the “Quantum Sensors Platform” workshop held in Kocaeli on April 28–29, 2026, under the coordination of TÜBİTAK UME.

The workshop brought together universities, research infrastructures, and industry representatives to discuss ongoing studies in the fields of magnetometers, environmental monitoring sensors, pressure sensors, and single-photon technologies.

During the event, CÜNAM’s R&D activities in quantum sensing and single-photon technologies were presented, and discussions were held regarding the center’s potential contributions to the related work packages.
