The project titled “Design and Development of NiO/Ga₂O₃-Based UV Photodetectors”, carried out under the leadership of our center, has been approved for support within the scope of TÜBİTAK 1005 – National Research Program for New Ideas and Products.

This significant study, which will make a strategic contribution to the defense industry, is being conducted within the Sivas Cumhuriyet University Nanophotonics Application and Research Center (CÜNAM) and has been praised in the local media.
