We are looking for highly motivated M.Sc. and B.Sc. students to join our TÜBİTAK 1001-funded research project titled “Growth, Characterization, and Fabrication of Long-Wavelength GaAs/AlGaAs-Based Quantum Cascade Laser Systems.”

Within the scope of the project, students will :

Gain experience in laser diode design, MOCVD growth, and advanced characterization techniques (AFM, HRXRD, PL, etc.) and will have the opportunity to participate in scientific publications and conference presentations.
